We start running on the hampster-wheel of day-to-day tasks. Over time, we lose sight of who we are and who we’re here for.
We become unclear and muddled. We lose discernment and go around in circles. This mixed-messaging is reflected to our team and our audience, and we feel like scattered coffee grinds.
The opportunity is to build the foundations from the start. We can create the messaging foundations which become the north-star, guiding us, our team, and our external marketing.
